As a psychotherapist, I guide clients in reclaiming their inner voice and building a life rooted in self-compassion, agency, and emotional clarity. My approach centers on balancing the relationship between self-esteem, self-talk, and bringing awareness to how these internal experiences influence anxiety, depression, and our ability to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with persistent self-doubt, critical inner narratives, and the weight of societal expectations—particularly women facing cultural pressures around identity, caregiving, achievement, and emotional expression. These expectations can create internal conflicts and distort our sense of self worth, making it harder to care for ourselves and meet our own needs.
Together, we can explore how past experiences have shaped current belief systems and emotional patterns. Whether these beliefs were formed through childhood dynamics, cultural messaging, or difficult relationships, I work with clients to identify which narratives are still serving them—and which may be holding them back. This work allows us to reclaim your story with intention, shifting from self-criticism to self-actualization and empowerment.

A core focus of my practice is developing cognitive skills and restructuring self-talk. How we speak to ourselves matters; it not only affects our mood but also our motivation, behavior, and connection to others. When we cultivate healthier internal dialogue and reframe limiting beliefs, we begin to unlock a greater sense of autonomy and capability. This, in turn, enhances our ability to use therapeutic tools effectively and consistently in reducing anxiety, depression and managing challenging life transitions.

I often work from a relational-cultural lens, recognizing how social norms, systemic barriers, and gendered expectations impact psychological well-being. Many women, for example, find themselves in a constant tug-of-war between self-care and competing priorities. Therapy offers a space to name this dissonance, explore its effects, and begin to set boundaries that reflect your values and goals—not just external demands.

Whether you're seeking to build confidence, improve emotional regulation, or deepen your sense of purpose, my goal is to support you in creating a life aligned with your authentic self. Through self-awareness, emotional empowerment, and compassionate exploration, change becomes not only possible—but sustainable.

Therapy with me is a space to reclaim your voice, rewrite limiting narratives, and build a more compassionate and empowered relationship with yourself and the people around you. The main modalities that I utilize are a strengths based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, cognitive processing therapy CPT and person centered therapy.
